Our sheep brain is a great choice for dissection activities to teach students about the structures and functions of the mammalian brain. Dura mater has been removed, and the specimen includes the hypothalamus, brain stem, and optic nerves.
Dissection specimens are preserved in formalin, then rinsed and packed in a low-odor holding fluid. One specimen vacuum packed.
