What ages can use these kits and supplies?
Our various products are suited for students of all ages. Each product description has more details about the recommended ages. If you're still not sure if a kit is a good fit for your student, contact us and we can help you get the supplies you need.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
If you have ordered products in error, you may return the unopened merchandise (for example, still in the shrink-wrap for our kits) to the following address:

What if my item is damaged or lost?
Our goal is to get your items delivered on time and in perfect condition. If your item has noticeable damage or hasn't arrived within the shipping dates you expected, please contact us. We'll replace your damaged items or locate your order right away.
For damaged items, we may request images of your order. Please do not re-package your items until you have spoken with a team member.
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world using USPS or UPS ground. Some chemicals may not be able to shipped by air. Additional shipping costs may apply to international orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
You may purchase items from our store using PayPal or your credit/debit card.
How long until I receive my order?
Your order arrival date depends on your exact location. Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Virginia. Most items will arrive within 2 weeks. If you are looking to track your order, contact us for assistance.
